ENGIE MultiTech appoints three seasoned professionals to its leadership team
Luc Duguay, CEO of ENGIE MultiTech, is pleased to announce three key appointments in its Mississauga office. MultiTech welcomes Andre Dagenais as Director of Special Projects and Integration, Michael De Cesare as Vice-President of Electrical Business and Daniel M. Stephen as Director of Finance.
Michael De Cesare
Vice-president, Electrical Business
Drawing on his background in the construction of large commercial and industrial projects, Michael will lead the electrical division. With more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael has extensive experience and enjoys an outstanding reputation. In addition to developing the electrical business and overseeing all operations for MultiTech, he will spearhead efforts to position ENGIE as a major M&E contractor in its market. Before taking on this new position, Michael was Director, Large Construction with Plan Group Inc.
Directeur, Special Projects and integration
Andre’s collaborative approach and people skills make him a passionate leader. His solid background in general management, sales, marketing, strategic planning, organizational development and technology will serve him well as he will primarily lead and supervise a variety of special projects, the integration of new technologies and will encourage the efficient use of processes. Prior to this appointment, Andre was Executive Vice-President, Strategy and M&A with Plan Group Inc.
Daniel M. Stephen, CPA, CA, CIA
Daniel is the newest member of MultiTech’s team. As Director of Finance he will actively contribute to the MultiTech’s financial performance as a key player in the planning and analysis of financial growth. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations management, he is an accomplished executive. He will play an instrumental role in establishing and streamlining business operations to drive strategic growth and create efficiency and bottom-line profit. Before joining MultiTech, Daniel was Director, Financial Projects & Internal Controls for Black & McDonald inToronto.
